At VAIL, we:
- Provide service facilitation for individuals who wish to receive personal care in the home through consumer-directed services and are eligible for a Medicaid waiver that offers these services – the CCC Plus waiver and the three Developmental Disabilities waivers.
- Provide case management for individuals with a developmental disability that receive services through one of the three Medicaid Developmental Disabilities waivers – Community Living waiver (CL), Family & Individual Supports waiver (FIS), & Building Independence waiver (BI).
