At VAIL, we:
- Assist individuals currently residing in nursing facilities or institutions in transitioning to home or community-based living
- Provide assistance to those at risk of entering an institution in locating needed services and supports
For youth ages 14-21, VAIL:
- Assists students and parents in accessing needed services
- Provides support through the IEP process
- Assists youth in accessing appropriate services to meet post-graduation goals
